| What
about delicate draperies?
Draperies
collect more dirt than you realize. They retain smoke, heating
fumes, oil, dust, lint, pollen and bacteria which research indicates
can gradually cut fabric fibers. |
 |
EZ Dry uses either a low moisture hot water extraction method
or a dry cleaning process to safely clean even the most delicate
fabrics.
We
clean the draperies in place in most cases, so there is no need
to remove them. Soil and stains are gently lifted out and your
furnishings are dry within minutes. A quick call to EZ Dry will
freshen up draperies in no time. With a simple "drapery dust
down" we can remove contaminants and odors leaving your draperies
clean and fresh without the inconvenience of removing and re-hanging.
After
years of exposure, draperies build up oils which may yellow with
age. During dry cleaning, the oils are removed, thus accentuating
the yellowing. This discoloration cannot be removed, so it's important
to decrease the natural aging process by regular cleaning. EZ
Dry recommends draperies be professionally cleaned every 18-24
months. |
|
Your
draperies are dry cleaned as they hang at your window. No bare
windows, no shrinkage, no trips to the cleaners.
A special solvent-based cleaning solution has been developed to
safely and effectively clean draperies in your home.
A
small machine heats the cleaning solution to its optimum cleaning
temperature and then the solution is sprayed onto the drapes and
immediately vacuumed (along with the soil) into our recovery tank.
Our
process is extremely delicate, even drapes in poor condition may
be cleaned right at your window. Cleaning your drapes today may
prolong the life of your drapes for yet another year or two!
